Yoga&Meditation in English

I run classes combined with zen yoga, meridian exercises (energy channels) and guided meditation. Practice is recommended for every person, regardless of age or physical condition. During the classes, I use techniques that allow participants to increase their concentration by changing the state of brain waves to alpha (meditative state).

In these classes the most important thing is to experience your mental and physical abilities with full self-acceptance and to increase your body and mind awareness.

The main purpose of the practice is to get the feeling of lightness at the physical, mental and emotional levels and a deep connection with your true self.
